How i full my Protein aim as a vegetarian ?

You want 2x Body weight protein a day to construct most muscle mass.

My Present Physique weight is 70 Kgs – In order that I would like 70×2= 140 Grams Protein a day.πŸ’ͺ🏻

As a Vegetarian i take 🟒(protein sources)

400 ml skimmed milk – 14 Grams Protein
60 grams soya chunks – 30 grams of protein
200 grams of BOILED BEANS – 18 grams of protein
150 grams low fats paneer – 21 grams of protein
Dal 200 ml(70 grams raw uncooked weight) – 18 grams of protein
Butter milk – 15 gram protein
1 Scoop Avvatar’s Whey Protein – 29 grams

Whole = 145 grams Protein πŸ”‘

Protein from different meals which might be carbs or fats sources

150 grams cooked rice = 4 grams
1 spoon peanut butter = 4 grams

8 grams protein from this meals will give

Whole 150+ grams protein on a regular basis

NOTE: Improve your protein consumption progressively week by week

Do correct Weight Coaching in Health club or at wherever you may to get optimum outcomes. πŸ“ˆ
