225g self-raising flour
1 tbsp floor ginger
1 tsp floor cinnamon
¼ tsp floor cloves

3 degree tbsp skimmed milk
1 degree tsp icing sugar, for dusting
What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gasoline 5 and canopy 2 giant baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Soften the butter and golden syrup in a small non-stick pan over a low warmth, then take away from the warmth, stir within the sugar and put aside.
