To make Sattu Drink
Sattu / Roasted Gram Flour- 1/2 Cup
Almonds – 20 Nos
Banana – 1 No.
Pitted Dates – 4 Nos
Boiled Milk – 2 1/2 Cups
Technique
Take 20 almonds, soak it in water, take away the pores and skin and maintain it in a bowl.
To a mixer jar. Add half cup of roasted gram and soaked almonds and grind it into a pleasant powder.
To a blender, add one sliced banana, 4 pitted dates, add the freshly floor sattu and Almond powder.
Add one and half cups of boiled and cooled milk.
Mix all of it collectively.
Add one other cup of milk to get the suitable consistency of the drink. Mix all of it once more.
Pour the drink in a glass and garnish it with sliced bananas and chopped pista and almonds.
