Peanut butter and jam in a single day cheesecake recipe
serves 1
prepared in 10 minutes (plus in a single day chilling)
7½ Swips (deduct 6 Swips if you’re having the wheat biscuits as your Wholesome Further fibre alternative and deduct 1½ Swips if you’re having the peanut butter as half a Wholesome Further wholesome fat alternative)
What you want:
2 wheat biscuits
2 tbsp fat-free pure Greek yogurt
To high:
sliced banana
contemporary raspberries
150g fat-free pure Greek yogurt
12g sugar-free 100% nut peanut butter
1 degree tsp reduced-sugar strawberry jam
What you do:
1. Put the wheat biscuits in a bowl and crush them together with your fingers or a fork. Add the two tbsp yogurt and blend collectively.
2. Spoon the combination into the bottom of a dessert glass and press it down firmly.
3. High with the sliced banana and raspberries.
4. Spoon the yogurt over and unfold it out evenly.
5. Dollop the peanut butter and strawberry jam on high. Cowl and chill in a single day.
