Mix ½ cup cottage cheese, ½ scoop vanilla protein, ½ cup pumpkin, 1 tsp vanilla & ½ tsp pumpkin spice.
Toast ½ wheat bagel, unfold 1 tbsp cream cheese, reduce up & add to the bowl with 2 tbsp walnuts. Take pleasure in!
